Work directly with clients and their dogs, teaching owners how to establish clear communication, leadership, and reliable obedience. Trainers are expected to demonstrate professionalism, strong handling skills, and a commitment to producing real-world results.
Learn our training philosophy and methodology while working alongside experienced trainers. Apprentices assist with training sessions, dog handling, client support, and daily operations while developing the skills necessary to become a professional trainer.
Support daily operations through scheduling, client communication, record management, and customer service. This role helps ensure clients receive a professional and seamless experience from initial inquiry through program completion.
Build relationships with veterinarians, groomers, pet businesses, and community organizations. Assist with social media, events, content creation, and promoting the AlphA & Omega brand throughout the communities we serve.
